How to add your name to the Mac menu bar

Since our young generation has a penchant for electronic devices such as the iPhone, iPad, iPod and Mac, they love to flaunt their name on these devices. One step ahead, they also want their names on these devices. For such users, Mac offers an easy solution. If you want to add your name to the menu of Mac, heres how you can do it.

Adding Your Name to the Menu Bar on Mac

Step 1. On your Mac, click the Apple logo in the upper left corner.

Step 2. Now click on System Preferences in the menu.

>Step 3. Find users and groups and click on it.

>Stage 4. If you have set a password before, enter that password.

>Step 5. Its time to click on Login Options from the left navigation.

>Step 6. Now click on the “Show Quick User Switching menu as” checkbox in the main menu on the right side.

Step 7. Select “Account Name” or “Full Name” from the menu.

This will immediately display your name in the menu bar. This action will also allow you to change from one account name to another if you have created more than one user on a Mac.
